Kat Gray - Owner/Partner

Kat Gray was raised Mobile, AL and proudly married her high school sweetheart, Max. Together, they have 3 kiddos, Chris, Joshua, and Emmalynn. Her husband, Max medically retired from the Marines and they moved to Colorado so that Kat could start a career and live in their dream area. After spending several years building a health insurance business in CO, Kat decided that she was supposed to come back home to the Gulf Coast to get back to her roots and to build an insurance business here focusing on community and to be more people oriented as is the norm here in the south. She is very passionate about educating others on how easy health insurance can be and building up agents to have successful careers. When she isn’t working, she is probably shuffling her kids to ball games and school or traveling or planning her next trip, normally to Disney World.

Zack Cox - Owner/Partner

Zack relocated to Fairhope in 2013 and is originally from Montgomery, Alabama. Before forming Empower Insurance Solutions with Kat, Zack worked in the property and casualty insurance industry. Zack recently moved to Mobile and is enthusiastic about the city's future development. Zack is committed to fostering the development of the youth and young adults in our community. Zack is dating Sydney and enjoys the time that they get to spend together. They enjoy being outdoors, and spending time thrifting, and going to estate sales.
